We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Shared Hosting, WooCommerce Hosting, Email Hosting and WordPress Hosting with the following conditions:

Only one refund per customer (multiple signups or services are not eligible).
Additional service costs are excluded (e.g. Domain Registration, Migrations, Dedicated IPs, LiteSpeed for VPS).
A Refund request must be submitted within 31 days of cancellation.
Refund written request must be submitted separately from the cancellation request within 31 days of cancellation.
The refunds process are processed within 31 days of request receipt.
Refunds will not be given for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service, this means that service will be suspended due to non-compliance with our terms and conditions.
The absolute deadline is 30 days from the original order, even if the service was unused or inactive, no refund is possible after that.

Please note:

A refund processing fee (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Bank charge) is charged as a fee when transferring money.
These fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Domain purchases and renewals are non-refundable because the registry charges a permanent fee the moment your domain is booked.
For misspellings in Domain, contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct the issue.

Invoices are due on the exact date issued

A 4-day grace period is allowed. On the contrary, these things happen :

We attempt to notify you 24 hours before termination. Once terminated, all data including backups is deleted permanently.

Discounts apply to first-time customers only
Packages renew at their standard rates, after the first payment period has expired.
The best price is available in (1 year), which means you get the most discount.
Our website displays pricing at its lowest available rate, that is we show the lowest price after the highest discount.
