How to transfer your domain to us?

Unlocking your domain

Contact your current provider to unlock your domain name. We will automatically lock the domain again once your domain comes to us.

Get EPP code

After opening a domain name. Ask your provider for the EPP/Auth code and enter it for the next step. This allows you to transfer your domain name to us

Make your order

Visit the transfer page, enter your domain name and then click Transfer. Once your receipt has been paid, you will then be asked to enter the EPP code. Once served you can sit back and wait for it to finish. Please remember it takes 5 to 7 days to complete. *Shipping is free but some include compulsory one-year renewals.

Will nameservers change during transfer?

No you will only change who your domain registrar is?. All Nameservers remain the same.

Will my transfer take a long time?

It may take several days, but this depends on which registry the domain comes from. We’ll send you an email when it’s done. The time it takes is due to restrictions on the level of registration by ICANN.

Will you help me transfer?

Is there any limit on when I can transfer my domains?

The only restriction on transfers is that you cannot transfer a domain within the first 60 days of registration, within 60 days after renewal or within 60 days after transferring from another provider.

Yes, you can check the current status of the transfer in the customer section area under 'Domains'.
