Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of NeroNext’s hosting services and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP and all applicable laws and regulations.
NeroNext reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time without prior notice. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services.

General Usage Guidelines

•     Services must be used for lawful, ethical, and legitimate business purposes.
•     You are responsible for the actions of your users, agents, and affiliates.
•     NeroNext may suspend or terminate services for any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with our infrastructure or reputation.

Prohibited Activities

Intellectual Property Violations
•     Unauthorized distribution or hosting of copyrighted content (e.g., movies, music, software).
•     Sale or promotion of counterfeit goods.
•     Repeated infringement will result in account termination.

Resource Abuse

•     Excessive use of system resources (e.g., using more than 25% of the CPU for more than 90 seconds).
•     Running daemons, bots, spiders, torrent clients, or gaming servers on shared hosting.
•     Cron jobs with intervals <15 minutes.
•     Excessive inode usage (>250,000) may trigger warnings or suspension.

Unacceptable Content

NeroNext strictly prohibits hosting or linking to:

•     Adult content (nudity, explicit media)
•     Cannabis/CBD-related sites
•     Hacking/phishing/scamming tools
•     Gambling, HYIP, Ponzi schemes, or unlicensed financial services
•     Malware, spam scripts, or bulk SMS gateways
•     Streaming of live sports events without rights
•     Warez/pirated content or forums linking to such material
•     Child pornography or any content harmful to minors

Spam & Email Abuse

•     Zero tolerance for unsolicited bulk email (“spam”).
•     Purchased or “safe” lists are considered spam.
•     Accounts causing IP blacklisting will be suspended immediately.

Data Protection & Privacy

•     Users must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2021 of Iraq and local privacy regulations.

•     Unauthorized access, monitoring, or collection of data is strictly forbidden.

Legal Compliance & Enforcement

•     NeroNext may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement.
•     We reserve the right to disable or remove content that violates this AUP or exposes us to legal risk.
•     Defamatory content will only be removed upon receipt of a valid court order.
