NeroNext respects the intellectual property rights of creators worldwide. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed by a NeroNext-hosted client, please follow the procedure below to submit a valid DMCA notice.

Submitting a DMCA Notice

To be effective under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), your notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or location of the infringing material on NeroNext’s servers.
• Your contact information (email, phone, mailing address).
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken.
• Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction in your local federal district court (or any district where NeroNext operates).
• Agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.
• NeroNext will forward your counter-notice to the complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless legal action is initiated.

Repeat Infringers

NeroNext reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with DMCA guidelines.

Technical Measures

NeroNext supports standard technical measures used by copyright holders to protect their works, provided they are:

• Developed through open, fair, multi-industry standards.
• Available on reasonable, non-discriminatory terms.
• Do not impose undue burden on NeroNext’s infrastructure.
